Not really about the whole anthology. Just read Richelle Mead's, Simone Elkele's and Laini Taylor's stories.

Alright. I'm definitely not the first one to admit I only bought and read this for Richelle Mead's story. Who wouldn't want to read about one of our favorite YA couples Dimitri and Rose again? I sure missed them.

Anyway, the short story 'HOMECOMING' is such a gem. I loved it. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that it's too freaking short. But it's still filled with some romance, action and humor. Can I just say how much I loved Dimitri's creepy grandmother? She was just hilarious. And obviously we still have Rose's snarkiness and Dimitri's hotness from the original series showing up here.

I think everyone's been waiting for this short story. And I don't think you'll be disappointed. Just don't expect it too be super long or whatever. :)

Before I put the book down, I also read Simone Elkele's story 'FATED'.  She's my all-time favorite YA contemporary writer so I kinda had some big expectations. And it was met and more. I loved it. The characters were just so vivid and I kinda wished that it was turned into a full novel.

I also tried Laini Taylor's short story but it was too weird and strange. Didn't really understood it so I never finished it.

  1. I just received my hardcover copy in the mail today! I would totally do an independent review of Homecoming and then a full book review of Foretold later :D
